Ow, you are tough! Whatever happened to consoling the kid that got hurt? And how did he run around in your store? It is way too packed to run very far, very fast, or very straight. Was he a little kid who enjoyed bumping stuff off the shelf as he ran by?

This was quite a while ago, so I don't remember a lot of the details. The mom probably did comfort him. Which is fine -- I'm not quite that mean -- but I appreciate that she made him responsible for his actions, instead of blaming, say, the store.
