Don't Listen to the Reps!

I hate it when my boss listens to the vendor reps. They tell her certain products are selling well in other stores, so when they don't sell in our store, she freaks out. It drives me crazy! I always want to ask if the other stores are comparable to ours.

For instance, if another store only sells tea kettles from the rep's company, they'll probably sell well. But if we sell tea kettles from five different vendors, then we probably won't sell as many from the rep's company.
